Accessories Blue silicone case at Best Buy

I saw a royal blue silicone skin case today at Best Buy. It was HTC branded, not aftermarket. I opened the package and checked it out and it was very nice. It was made of a very smooth silicone on the back but it was a bit thicker and firmer than I was used to. I compared it to the Rocketfish silicone case and it was MUCH thicker with a lot firmer body overall. What's odd is that Best Buy didn't have this case on their site and they only had it in the royal blue color, I wanted black. I checked a Sprint store and that black silicone case they sell is different, a lot less firm than the Best Buy silicone case.

Has anyone seen or purchased this case? I can't even find it on HTC's site that they linked to on the back of the package it was in!
 
I haven't seen it, but judging from your description, it sounds like it might be a TPU case instead of silicon.

It's definitely not TPU. They had a TPU case at Best Buy too and this is nowhere as firm or thick as that. It's just a lot firmer than most silicone skins I have felt and quite a bit more than the Rocketfish one I was comparing it to.

It's easy to spot because it's the only EVO case in genuine HTC packaging which is a clear plastic package with a white cardboard hanger. Well at least it's something like that, my memory is a bit hazy right now, I just remember it being white.
 
Yeah, I just went over there and saw it. It is silicon, just seems to be a bit thicker and seems sturdier than the super thin RocketFish branded ones.

*EDIT* They only had the blue one at this store as well.
 
Hmmm again..LOL

The one I saw at my RS was like the 2 piece HTC cases that Sprint is selling. Only it is just the one Black/Grey one.
