Accessories Waterproof Cases?

Has anyone tried any waterproof cases? If so, which ones? What did you think about them? Did they work? Was the touch screen still usable? Did the Evo actually fit?

In particular, these two:

Aquapac Handheld Case - Android Weather Resistant Cases - Android Central Store
OverBoard Waterproof Case - Android Weather Resistant Cases - Android Central Store

I'm looking to get one for my dad (who is a HUGE beach bum), but I want some opinions before I'm out $30 on a crappy case that leaks.

Thanks!

I cant say ive seen any waterproof cases... except these.

Motorola makes waterproof cases for their 2-way radios. They're not model specific so they would likely work for a EVO.
I doubt it would be anything you would want to use all the time but if you have a seriouse water issue, you may want to look into it.

It works through a ziplock.

When I was in Belize I went over the side of my boat with my evo in my pocket. I was down about 15 feet for an hour before realizing it. I pulled it out of my pocket expecting to see several hundreds of dollars on fire, but all I saw was the current weather conditions. My waterproof case model is Ziplock freeze bags with the double seal. They are twice as thick and have two seals as a fail safe. Just make sure you suck all the air out of the bag before you seal it. I prefer to keep the top of the bag open and dip the phone into the water to push all the air out, then seal to the end and suck the last bit of air out.
