Beautiful Widgets 3.0!!!!!!

I have yet to experience any problems after any of the updates. Knock on wood. . .

i switched back to the old beautiful widgets and now have none of the issues I had before. It was causing launcher pro to force close 4-5 times a day. So friggin annoying.

No issues with the new Beautiful Widgets and Launcher Pro here. I do run an application task killer about every 2 hours to automatically clean out unused programs. Its set to a very low priority, and it works quite well. I don't know if this is the difference between BW and Launcher Pro working well, but it could be.

3.04 just released today, August 2nd. Uninstalled old version, rebooted, reinstalled, now waiting to see if the clock sticks...

It would be helpful if the DEV could...

a) Put a place in the settings that shows your current version
b) Put a little "Last Updated 2:43pm" type of notification in the weather so I know the information is current. Nothing worse than refreshing constantly just to see if the program hasn't hung up.

Just downloaded. All I really wanted was the weather animations but all I get is a flicker like its trying to load. Kinda frustrated.

I only had one problem with BW, and it only happened once. My clock stopped for about 2 hours. I just reloaded the widget and it solved the problem.

Anyone have problems using Beautiful widgets with ADW.launcher, the temperature part gets cutoff. The widget basically doesn't fit on the screen, nor does it extend onto the next desktop. Kinda annoying

This happens occasionally for me as well - to fix it you just have to get it to redraw. Try rotating the device into landscape, let it draw, then rotate back. Hopefully that should clean it up.

Awesome, that worked. I had the orientation sensor off in the ADW settings, since I think it looks kinda weird in landscape. Thanks again!
