I wanted to introduce myself to this great group of folks of like interest. I'm an avid Android user. I purchaged the Hero one day early as I happened to be in the store when the shipment of new phones came in - and I grabbed one up as quickly as I could. That first day I was showing the Sprint sales folks more about using Android then they were aware. That was a real kick.
I have to say that Sprint support both in-person and over the phone/internet has gotten so much better then a couple years ago. They are really getting their act together. That's really good to see because I"m committed for a couple years.
It's hard to imagine what a "phone" will be able to do and/or look like in 2 years from now. Anyway, I'm thrilled with my Hero and look forward to sharing comments and questions as time goes by.
