4th droid incred, why oh why.. Suggestions on what to do?

As for the stats in this room, I'd be curious to see 1. who's publishing them, 2. how they're calculated.

As for the external link to the stats with the Blackberry, I wouldn't say that's fair. If you put ALL blackberries in one column, then yeah, it's probably high. Take the Storm out, and I'll bet they have a decent track record.
 
*knock on wood* My phone is great. Going over two months now and works as well as it did the first day I took it out. I even clean it with an alcohol pad occasionally to give that "like new glass" feeling. :)
 
My wife is about to get her 3rd Palm Pre Plus... She is one of these people who find problems with a phone that no one else will find. I swear her first phone was fine. It was a little slow and froze up, but she was comparing it to my Dinc.. Phone #2 was a new replacement and it is actually piece of junk, but I am not sure she will be happy with phone #3 either as it will be a refurb.

I think some people's expectations just may be too high... or maybe a handful of people out there are just really really unlucky.

How does grouping all the blackberries together increase the percentage? I must have missed that day in my various Math/Physics/Stats/Computer Science classes...

Square Trade did the study, and they give a pretty decent explanation of the methodology they used.

And I was pointing this out to give a general baseline for comparable products.
 
i've had my phone since launch day, so i dunno what you're doing wrong, but i've never had any real issues with it...i love this phone.
 
complain to VZW about having to get 4 incredibles - they'll probably credit your account or give you something for it. That's pretty ridiculous.

I know I vould have had either of these phones in exchange, but once the updates comes out and they are all on 2.2, I would rather have a working Incredible than a Motorola phone. Yes, personal preference.

This is where you will think I'm crazy. My friend at VZW changed my upgrade date to the release date of the Droid X and I got the Droid X for $200, I used it for a week and went back to the incredible. I like the incredible much much more. I sold the Droid X on ebay for $500 and made $300. So, I made money off of verizon actually.. so, I'm not mad at them really. I just want a working incredible because "I believe" its better than the droid X, but thats "my" opinion.

Wow, I wish I had a friend like that :D you got cash and the DInc, oh, and it's not believe, its fact. Perfect size, AMOLED screen, Snapdragon and HTC Sense? Forget about it :) I kid of course.
