I've used that exact same case for my past 2 phones. It's good to see that it fits with the extended battery. The charger is not really my style but its cool. I'm ordering the case now. And very close to pulling the trigger on the battery
 
No, I was comparing the extended battery cover to the seidio innocase. I'm using the innocase now and it adds sone thickness to the overall size of the phone. You said you have the innocase, how much thicker is it? Noticeably?

yes you will feel the difference and there is also a weight increase! but hey its not permanent and you can buy just one for 11 bucks when i want that slim look i throw the innocase on or go naked when i just go out for dinner or a movie when i know im going to have alot of down time on the job site or dmv or doctor appointment etc. i use the big boy and watch media all day with out worry. this is no iphone you have choice!
 
Not bad at all..

I'm only getting 6 hours out of my phone with the stock batt.. I wonder how much I'd get from the 3000 mAh battery.

and at the very very least at least you'd have a much better looking battery door than that ungly pos seidio sells you
my seidio 1750 is pretty much just even with stock. what a waste that was....
is there a single stock sized battery that claims higher mah that comes anywhere near it's claim? haha

agreed i bought the 1750 too. fool me once.............................
 
Only thing is I leave for work at around 4 am and the battery is just about dead near 10 AM last extended battery I picked up was for my HTC Wizard I was able to get some good time out of that battery (brought off ebay) some 14 or so hours off a charge.

limited use gave me 24 hours when riding on the NYC subway.

Hope you don't mind me putting in. I just got my evo 4 days ago and trying to figure this battery out. What are the tricks you talk about? I'm on 2.2. I've turned off Google talk and turned off a lot of automatic updates and syncs.
As for the eBay battery I been shopping around. Is this battery a lot better than just getting another stock battery and switching them when needed? I really dont Luke the extra size as I love my current case and dnt want to be without the case. I'm really thinking about buying it.

I have the 3000mah chinese battery and I feel its only getting about 2000mah so I bought the seidio 3500mah battery. When I get it I will do a comparison. If the seidio battery doesn't last any longer I will just return it and use the chinese battery. I have a feeling the seidio battery will last longer tho

I'm sending it to Doug over at Batteryboss.org for some testing before I use it though, so it'll be some two additional weeks from when I receive it. :( But hopefully we'll see some differences! :D
 
I have both the seido battery and the Ebay 3000 battery. I wasn't happy with the life of the 3000 (which wasn't much more if at all than my standard) but my 3500 is amazing.

Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Can you provide us with a comparison of the Seidio and ebay batteries? I'd like to know if I could possibly use the Seidio battery under the ebay back.
 
i guess my biggest issue is the thickness of the battery...i would much rather carry a spare oem sized battery, than have to worry about that bulky thing in my pocket...i'm also a pocket guy, no putting the phone on my hip....

so with that, you battery pros, any links to some cheap oem sized spares?
 
Has anyone tried the seidio battery under the ebay case back? I would splurge for the seidio battery, but the cover is so bulky looking I have small hands and I don't think I would be able to hold the seidio case style. The seidio case back is bizarre looking. Atleast with the ebay back I could put an egrip on the back to be able hold it better.

While I prefer the Ebay back, the Seido back is not really any bulkier. Unfortunately, the Seido battery is larger than the Ebay battery so you can not use the Ebay cover with the Seido battery.
