Root Any app thats comparable to HTC's People & Camera app?

Im seeing quite better scores with vanilla based roms which I have switched back and forth from (CM6, Jager, etc); understandable. However my main gripe with all those is that they dont offer the great UI for the HTC camera and a way to integrate Facebook contacts with your address book like the HTC People app. Has anyone found something that works very similiar to it so I can rid myself of sense forever .

Actually CM6 + the Official facebook app do this... pretty sure it asks if u want to when u 1st sign into facebook, and then u can go into the options and set it to show only people with phones or w.e, will link them as long as the names are the same
