So I got two emails and I just wanted to post them up and say a couple things. I left out stupid stuff (like their closing and etc.)
Here's the first one I got on the 21st:
The second one, 21st again, but later:
Even though I ordered online, I did receive a location code, as you can see. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but the first four letters are "0825" which made me think 8/25, which is the date the phone was supposed to ship by (that far-away total BS date).
I don't know why they give you an internet order reference number and tell you to check your order status with it, and then later give you a sales order number too. The IORN is useless because it's not even as updated as the status you see when you use the sales order number and location code.
Did I mention the second email also has yet another order number? It specifically says "Order Number:" and then has my sales order with two zeroes in front of it.
Anyway, my order status using the IORN did change, however. Now it says:
YES. Completely useless. Especially considering how if I use the sale order number and my location code, I actually get info:
Anyway, yeah. Sorry, I know that's some crazy confusing crap. My point is that Verizon is confusing. And evil. But mostly confusing. Just figure out your sales order number and location code, and use those to check your order status.
Quintessence, that really sucks. Maybe you can see if they know your sale order number and location code? That way you could check online yourself and won't have to deal with all the uselessness. If it works out I mean
