I ordered mine on the 19th and just talked to a CS rep and he said I should have it Wednesday. I have not gotten an e-mail or anything yet. I take what the CS reps say with a rather large dose of salt anyway. I would like to get it, but kind of want to wait until the first of Sept so I have 30 days to play with it. If I like it cool and if I don't maybe the Facinate will be be out by then. My D1 is just not cutting it anymore. Also I want this to be my last phone until I get an LTE one....

I ordered over the phone and they billed it to my account, so I don't have to actually pay for it until my bill comes due which is the 10th of next month. So I can test it out and return it and not have to pay a dime if I don't like it... I am hoping I will tho!!!!

Did you order through customer care, online, or in a store? I wonder if that makes a difference. I ordered on the phone with Customer Care. I already have my rebate setup to come to me as soon as I pay for the phone...
I watched this thread obessive compulsively since before I ordered. Today as my first post. I'm happy to have gotten a tracking number.
Ordered: 8/12/10 over the phone with verizon continuity office. 8AM
No confirmation emails. No shipment emails.
Updated Order Status page finally shows shippment 8/23 8:26am with delivery 8/25.
