Call Quality Issues?

I have had the Captivate for about 2 or 3 weeks now and I've had several people tell me that it sounds like I'm "breaking up" and "cutting out". My end sounds crystal-clear. I think I saw on another forum to turn off Noise Suppression. I've done this already and made 1 call with it but I think it'll take a few more before I'll know for sure if it works. I'm always on 3G and I never had this issue with my iPhone 3GS. Has anyone else experienced this? I just want to get an idea before my 30 days are up so I can exchange it if I need to.

Update: I did some testing by calling my wife with the Noise Suppression "On" versus "Off". My wife's description of the audio with the suppression on was like it was "watery" sounding and would frequently "cut-out". With the suppression turned off, it was crystal-clear. I'm not sure if the suppression was turned on by default or not. For me, it was better off.
