Kalpik, which launcher do you use ? Have you tried ADB new version ? On my phone Launcher Pro was lagging heavily when using Swipe gesture on more than 7/8 shortcuts ! Any suggestion about the launchers ?

yesterday night I installed the gadgetshieldz but till now the front screen seems rough with 1-2 small bubbles, will it be smooth after few hours or will it remain like this ?

@ kalpik can you pls show your front screen picture after how long it became smooth ?

Ive been wanting to transfer data wirelessly from my SGS and my pc ... Just for convenience sake . So i googled it and came across an app called swiFTP ... This basically sets up a FTP connection between your pc and phone(SGS) and is very easy to setup and use ...

Now i have a limited download plan from my isp ... 4gb/month , which is sufficient for me . However i was curious to know , whether by using the app will it be using up part of my monthly limit.

Example : If i want to transfer a 100mb file wirelessly using the app , will it reduce 100mb from my download limit ... Or does this work independently of the ISP ...

Thanks ...

Buddy Launcher pro is perfectly smooth for me. Try to change the memory usage settings to "High" in advance settings. Also tick "Build caches as needed" option.Dont know but mine is running smooth after that.

Nope i dont think so. This thing works independently AFAIK. This app is just using your router as a medium( or bridge) to transfer files between PC and Phone.

You can just install Astro with the SMB module, then you can just share a folder on your PC and access it via the Phone :)

Agreed ... but why settle for that when you have the option to access your ENTIRE pc ... you just drag and drop into your phone .. Guess its a personal preference :p
