So here's the deal - I'm having some trouble finding the right base image for this one that I kind of had in mind. The ones you linked to are really too small to work very well. I'll keep trying (or if you can find me some larger, high quality ones, great!) and get back to you. Also, I'm not really sure what you want me to do with it if I do find a good one. Do you just want it sized for your phone, or did you want me to try to do something else. These kind of pics don't really lend themselves to the sort a photo manipulation I usually do, ya know what I mean?
Anyway, in my searching, I did run across this and liked it. So I made a wallpaper out of it for you. If nothing else, it should tide you over until I get one right. Let me know what you think or if I'm getting close to the right look.
To save, enlarge on the linked page with magnifying glass or use download button to save it at 960x800. If your phone wont save it full size, or it looks fuzzy, download and save it with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version to your phone.

Looks a little odd on the EVO. I'm still trying to figure out how to set a lockscreen on the EVO on Froyo too. Kinda curious if it's even possible lol.
(I tried it as a regular wallpaper)

The one I made wont work as a regular wallpaper. It's in the wrong aspect ratio. However, it also looks like I made it too wide for the Evo lockscreen. From what I can tell it should be 480x800 not 533x800. I'll re-do it in the right size. Check back soon. If you want me to also make one as a full sized Evo wallpaper, I could do that.

Alright, let's see what you think of this. No, I didn't use Otto. I tried a few different things with it and it just wasn't working out. If you still want one with him let me know and I'll try something else. Besides, Wesley Johnson is now a member of my T-Pups (yes, he's probably now doomed) so I used him.
To save, enlarge on page with magnifying glass or use download button to save it at 960x800. Some phone browsers don't seem to save it full size, so if it looks fuzzy, download and save it with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version to your phone.

It is awesome! Perfect. My wife and I are so greatful. Living in kentucky as former new yorkers still being su fans is tough... I showed my new wall paper to all of my friends here and they just laughed and said it would better with uk blue!

Glad you like it. I was a little unsure whether or not to go with the lions on the sides of the logo. Guess I made the right call.

Hey Mr. Bully! I'm hoping you can fix up a nice Mass Effect 2 wallpaper for my EVO. Shepard is the main character but if you can get him holding a rifle with a nice background that would be cool (perhaps with the Mass Effect 2 logo as well). I like your work too much so I keep coming back for more lol.

Hey Vulcan - Sure, I'm not holding any grudges against you. But, let me say a few things up front - I want you to be happy with the wallpaper I make, but I also don't really want a weeks long, ever evolving project on my hands. I get about one to two of these a day and they do take time. My time. Please keep that in mind. I don't mind a few easy tweaks to get it right, but please, no more "try this, no that didn't work, now this, hmmm... or maybe this" sort of thing. Fair enough?
