Help please help me out guys! incredible big problems

ive had my dinc since launch, and i love it..NOT rooted on 2.1

sure ive had an occasional random reboot...but who hasnt.

lately ive had the reboots which get stuck on vibrate htc incredible white screen/black screen/incredible white screen.

i can break it by holding down joystick.
and trying reboot or recovery (takes many times...and occasionally does load to my homescreen.

but it keeps on rebooting like this!

tried factory wipe....so frustrating

uhhhh hold down lower volume button and power button select clear all data its in the middle and say good bye to everything you havent backed up. its fixes the wierd reboot

How do you back everything up? Sorry, I know this is an elementary question...
