Snap is out with their latest cm6 kernel and this puppy screams. Seeing Quadrant Scores over 2400! Just google Snap Kernel and check it out.

P.S. This does NOT use the sd/ext i/o trick.

Tried it but got stuck in a bootloop so I went back to 7.5 for now (don't feel like doing a full wipe to get it working)

Is that with turbo enable or disabled? I was gonna enable it, but after seeing the "this may kill your EVO" warning, i kinda changed my mind. My highest quadrant score was 1800, and that was when i was oc'd to 1190.

I think that warning is intended as a bit of a joke. Its like the standard "if this kills your phone don't blame me" caveats they all put it.

Yeah this takes a full wipe but if you haven't been cheap and bought full version of titanium backup that's not so bad.

Follow the directions exactly. Youll get lots of FC's while it installs but you clcik through those and don't worry about it.

Oh come on, you care a little about quadrant scores don't you :-) . Lol, seriously though, no tearing and my 3g is kicking some serious butt. Been on a train all day where 3g is notoriously bad and have been having pages load at wifi speeds.

Maybe just a bit lol. Hows the battery drain so far?
