Hello, I had a HTC incredible with 2.2 by doing the update.zip and then downgraded back to 2.1. I have never rooted my phone and my security is on and i have not recieved the ota update. Please help me, will I get the OTA update?

2.2 = laggy, cannot determine location, keyboard issues, it doesn't work well on my phone

you still need to further update your phone, there is an OTA that came out in May that you need to flash
you'll find the file here, step 4:

if you have already applied that upgrade, I read somewhere that they are no longer pushing the OTA (don't know how accurate that statement is) you can just download the OTA to your phone.
