NEW 3000 MAH EXTENDED BATTERY+COVER FOR HTC EVO 4G - eBay (item 320583609276 end time Sep-29-10 12:05:59 PDT)

Works great specs right now.
Battery level: 90%
Up time: 28:47:38
Awake time: 4:44:20
I have charged it 3 time since I got it in the last week, of course I am overusing...I have used the music player for 2 straight days at work so 16 hours, plus texting, wifi and 4G on, plus music on the way to work 1.5 hours both ways. Charge it at night with just the clock set to desktop so I can see the time. Shipping was super fast paid on Wednesday, got it on Saturday. Used for one week already. Sorry as I read this I can see how it is misleading. The specs posted are for the weekend use...very light, since I am just relaxing with the family. The posted usage was after the first charge. Also just using the HTC supplied charger, no separate charger.

first i was shocked by the price, but if that came with the clip that pretty cool does it jiggle in the holster?
 
Just rec'd mine and its definitely not worth even the $20.00. My EVO sucks them dry just like the stock battery. I'm at 60% after just 4 hours use and thats without any live wallpaper.

I'm getting less than 10 hours usage with the Chinese battery... really dont understand how there can be such a variance from your EVO to mine. Either the batteries are not to the same spec or there are defects in the HTC EVO from phone to phone.

Same ebay seller as the original poster. Rundacom09. Shipping took a little over a week to Nashville. My pics would look the same as about 5 other ones in this thread using the same battery on the same phone. It's been on with wifi only, no 3g since last night when I posted around 1:30 am. Light use, mostly idle. 88%. Not great yet

No jiggling:D, phone is pretty tight in there. It has a clip that holds it down pretty well. I did not shop around, I think you can get if from obostore.com for cheaper....

OK, thanks. Gives me hope that I'll be getting mine pretty soon then as I ordered it a few days ago. Thats crazy fast from China!!
 
Just ordered a 3500mah from eBay, and the Yoobao 3000mah from obostore.com. Hopefully one of these will work perfectly and I won't have to worry about battery life ever again.
 
Can the stock battery be charged in the ebay external battery charger for the 3000 (rundacom09's listing)?
 
yes, all batteries for the evo (and the incredible, touch pro 2, and whatever else phone uses this form factor and connector location) can use the external charger.
 
This is gonna be a long week (or however long it takes odostore to ship it), I want to try this out for myself. I really should learn some patience someday, oh well, maybe I'll work on that tomorrow.

Haha, I know what ya mean!! I am the same way whether its parts for one of my Mustangs or toys for my Evo, I am SO IMPATIENT. I'm checking the mail everyday even though I know there is no way I would have it yet. Well, hopefully I'll be getting both my 3000mah ebay battery and 2000mah obostore battery the first half of this week :D
 
Is the back cover of the Yoobao 3000mah batteries the exact same as the ebay extended battery back covers?

I had an ebay extended battery back cover but didn't like it so i sold the battery and cover but now i'm missing the battery life :/ might look into either the Yoobao 3000 or just get two 2000's.
 
Is everybody else's 3000 ebay battery taking a really long time to charge in the external charger? Mine had to be on for about 6 hours when I received it, which I thought was long considering it probably had a half charge. I wiped battery stats from a full charge and took it to zero. It's been charging for almost 10 hours now and still going. This is crazy. I did get almost 24 hours out of it on the first use. 14 hours uptime. Lots of wifi, bluetooth, and streaming radio (tunein radio) during that time.

Yes, but there are minor differences in the finish from factory to factory. My Yoobao is more rubberized than the ebay one.
 
Im just curious why every one is expecting miracles from the 3000mah batteries, wouldn't you logically only get double what you got from the the stock 1500mah? I am very happy with my batteries there no miracle 3day battery but I get through the day now with just one and I have backups if needed

I just want it to last longer than my 8 hour workday!! I do not mind charging it every nite! Right now though, looks like I can get by about 48 hours between charges.

Unfortunately, I think my 3000 Chinese battery from eBay is an 1800. I put in the stock battery fully charged and it read 80% on the battery meter. If calibrated to the battery from eBay, the stock should have read 50% on a full charge. 80% would make the other battery an 1800. I know this has been said before, but I was hoping for at least a 2000. Maybe it isn't this simple, but it really should be if the battery stats were wiped and one full discharge of the eBay battery was performed before the stock went back in.
 
Just got my 3500MAh from china today fully charged it and did the wipe stats it took me about an hour and a half. I have been browsing the web for 30 min OC@1.19 and my battery went down 13% which I think is pretty good considering this is the first charge.

Even if it doesn't for $9.00 it does not get any better. I'm thinking about getting a seido back door,i like it better than this one.

Non stop use straight web browsing for 1 1/2hrs and 74% left. I just amazing. I have also noticed that my battery is running @ 25
