Texas Hold'em

So what's the best Texas Hold'em game for Android?

I'd like something I can play both against the CPU and online multiplayer.

Red Poker Club has a ton of downloads and is highly rated.

Is that the consensus best?

Million Dollar Poker is good for computer play. The tournaments and cash games offer a little bit more of a real feel to the play as the computer players play like pros. You also have heads up play with Gus Hansen.

WSOP: Texas Hold'em Legend is really nice. The only draw backs are the table sizes (8 players is a bit much on a phone) and the file size (20 mb is a bit hefty for Android)

Red Poker Club is pretty good and keep the table size down to just 5 so that you aren't waiting forever to play. There are a lot of people that are just goofing off on there though so any REAL poker play is not going to happen.

Thanks Damned...I haven't tried WPT yet...I will do so.

For Red Poker, I find that if you go on the bigger stakes tables, the quality of game play increases by alot...

Existence, it's not REAL money, just play money. But there are ring games and tournaments to play in, along with multiplayer.

Which (if any) of the above would you say is best for learning the game?

If you are talking about just learning how the game is played then go with the free one, I think it is Dragon Poker now though. If you are talking about improving the way you play then I wouldn't recommend any of them. Wsop might help a tournament player a little, but it isn't going to help you play better. If you really want to learn better poker there are plenty of books for that. I'd be happy to recommend some.
