Latest nightly update YOU DIDN'T know about :)

the latest nightlies gives you the ability to swipe your notifications in the notification bar to the left or right whenever you highlight them. it's pretty cool considering when you click clear everything goes away but now you can actually choose to keep which notifications you want to get rid of. try it out

I give.. .maybe because my brain is still fried from yesterdays fiasco with re-rooting and getting permissions...

but anyway...

where do I get the nightly builds? Do I have to go premium on roms manager to do so?

Do the nightlies apply to the stable release? I an on RC1 9/07 nightly and saw that there is a stable version of CM6 now. I was going to update to it however wondering if I should stay on RC1 and do nightlies or go onto CM6 stable.

Biggest thing is I just want my phone to work for another month when I can get the EVO lol.

get the nightlys here: Index of /cm/nightly/heroc/ just flash them after wiping dalvik cache in recovery

it's really up to you..and you can flash over the rc1 with the nightlys. be sure to always nandroid and wipe dalvik cache if you plan on doing it

i got the "stable" release and now it's starting to get flakey. my pics will zoom in and out w/o me touching it i'm getting alot of fc's and it's getting slow 3g(if i'm lucky) connections. should i flash another 2.2 rom(please let me know what and where to get) or go back to flashing nightlys?

honestly, i would just go back to flashing the nightlys. these seem to be most stable for me. not aware of any other 2.2 roms for the hero. zen's latest rom is version 2.2 but it isn't froyo

i just get the latest one and wipe cach and dev. right i don't have to wipe the whole thing.
