Help Battery Life/Display

so im pretty happy with my battery life but for some reason in battery use it shoes my screens uses most of everything but i have it on low all day through school and almost never on brightness maybe 10% out the day maybe if im outside. why does it say it uses so much battery life? any fiz? cause everything else is low with showing what uses the most battery its just the display. so if anyone has any tips or explain why, and maybe a update will fix. just someone let me know
 
Will there be a update and idk if I get 12 hours but how can I increase it? I am thinking about getting the extra battery pack with the charger from Samsung like the instinct. But other than that I'm pretty happy with this phone. Any other cool things I can do with this phone?
 
Your Super AMOLED is a super battery drainer thats why. The brighter the display and color, the more it will be drain your battery.

If you're trying to conserve battery power, try moving to a static wall paper with darker colors.
 
well latley i just have my phone charged befor i go to school uaslly 100% cause i used to charge it at night but i heard thats bad and last night i charged it befor i went to bed and unplauded it and this morning it was at 92 % how can i save my battery from draining at night besides airplane mode because i would still like to recive stuff. like setting or something. my screen is always on lowest bightness setting and uaslly when i get out of school its aleast or look likes its at 20% i dont like that at all

I have charged every phone I have had for the last 5 years overnight, pretty much every night, and haven't noticed any serious battery degradation. Just keep it on the charger.
