Root Fresh 3.3 w/ new ota out to doners

Does 3.3 still remove the FM radio? If so, does anyone know where to find step-by-step instructions on how to manually push it back? (And by step by step, I mean everything from how to connect to ADB to the actual commands, through and through.)

fyi, installing the APK from the fresh-removed-apks directory does not work with the FM radio.

Yes..exactly...I went to the deleted folder from Fresh and FM app could not install..I use it at 24 hour fitness to listen to the TV's...question...over at bakedsnack..he has a zip with FM/news/hotspot etc...if we try flash that on our Fresh Rom..will it cause a problem..??

I've been pretty happy with 3.3. I am noticing some lag in games that wasn't there before. Fruit Ninja is not as smooth. My expert ninja slices seem to stutter sometime.

My idle battery life has been excellent. I am running the ROM with the kernal that came with it and all new radios. The battery seems to drain rather quickly under use but I can leave it on my desk all day at work and even with a few phone calls the battery barely moves.

The screenshots below show my battery status before bed last night and my status upon waking this morning. I didn't plug it in over night. I am not running SetCPU.

you use the "es file explorer" app that he included w/ this rom to install those apps, but you have to go into the app prefs (in ES) and turn on the root stuff to allow it to install those, but make sure you turnof the root stuff in ES prefs before you close the app.

If I wanted to use this ROM and I have deleted some (Sprint)apps, should I go back to the stock nandroid from before I rooted? Then flash this ROM?

I have a rooted ROM on here now listed in my sig.
