I heard about this launcher today, downloaded and loving it. I ran into a major battery drain with Pro Launcher, TW was getting boring. Loving the custom Options of ZEAM - check it out

You provide us with no links of any kind.

Its not found in the Market.

After playing around with it, I can say its a decent free launcher. And whoever made it should be proud of what they accomplished.

I have bought launcher pro, and simply cant get myself into this new launcher.

Love having resizeable widgets and the Twitter and Facebook widgets of LP are so good.
 
It's actually really nice for a lite launcher. Has most of the often used settings and pretty zippy.

I'll play around with it for a day and see if it's worth replacing Launcher Pro Plus ... which would be quite the feat.

Yep. I have been using Zeam for years now............
Well, it seemed like years when I had that Behold 2.
Absolutely loved it on that phone. Until one day the phone kinda bricked itself. As it turned out, Zeam did an update and that included no android 1.6 Support. Thus the behold 2 stopped working.

Now that I have my real cool Vibrant. I am back to using Zeam again. Well.........
Now there is an OTA update on the way for us so we need to be running TWlauncher or the update will fail.

I use Launcher Pro and the update is working fine.
 
anyone notice crazy battery drain with this? I installed it Friday loved it, ran it all day Sat, Golfed for like 5.5 hours and phone was at 15 percent after being unplugged for 8 hours.

I uninstalled it today and will report back how the battery is.

I unplugged at 7am Now its 10:55am Battery is at 99%

Couple of 10 minute calls and 5 text's. plus 4 e-mail accounts auto checking
every 15 minutes.

Maybe something else you guys are running???

I just loaded a fresh ROM and installed it again. I will see it if was the ROM
 
Don't know, I uninstalled it and my battery life is back to normal. I beginning to think my phone doesn't like launchers because I am getting the 10 plus hours of battery life with tw3 again
 
It is now 5:35pm and My Battery is at 67%

12 total calls, Still only 5 texts. About 1hr 25 min of Music through PC Speakers. Some Web browsing (15 min)

I would put it as light-normal usage for me.
Typically do more music and texting.

on average my battery is at 35-40 'ish at bed time around 11:30pm.
once home from work no calls but increased web usage and book reading.
 
I don't know which launcher was killing my battery but now it last for long time now. My phone been off the charger since 11pm est and still have 50 percent left

I played with a bunch of different home replacements and found that Zeam just works best.
Yes, it is minimal. But less sometimes is better for somethings especially software. The more "Things" that are programmed into it, the more memory, storage space, screen prosseses, CPU usage will affect performance and power consumption.
Zeam does have a few cool addons I like. Like the bounce when swiping desktop. The multi screen view when double tapping A blank area of the desktop. The dedicated bottom bar that scrolls.
I liked it with the behold 2 and still use it With the vibrant.

Zeam worked best for you it didn't work best for me or my needs. I will probably go back to launcher pro plus.
