Help How to change the Theme and Icon in Milestone

I am very bored about the Motorola Milestone default theme

I would like to change my default theme and icon.. So guys please help me on this to change my theme.. I would be great full if the theme is like iphone

Use LauncherPro:

It's a lot more customizable and in many ways just better than the stock launcher.
My homescreen looks like this atm, but there are many possibilities to customize it to your liking.
