any minecraft fans here? just started playing about two weeks ago and i am definitely addicted lol

post up some pics/vids or some tips/tricks if you have any

currently working on making my "house" two stories right now
 
what is it about that game?? so elementary but so fun!!

i dont have it personally, but watched a guy play it on Justin.tv for hours!!!
 
i agree completely! so simple, but so fun! i have watched tons of videos on youtube prior to buying it and loved it before playing
 
I love it :D

Currently, I'm trying to extend my "house" out to where I spawn, which is taking ages :/
 
I've been playing for a few months. The game is incredible. It's so simple on the surface, but once you get into it, it can get insanely complicated.
 
I'm buying this game, now!.... or as soon as paypal processes my transfer of funds over... (never hardly use it, and my bank doesn't allow for 'international purchases'. >.>)

Hell, goodbye to whatever leftover free time I have left until I ship out December 14th! :p

Going to Walmart on my way home tomorrow to get a pre-paid card for paypal so I can just buy the damn game already, it's been 4 business days, and they've yet to transfer my twenty bucks to my account.

Also, it almost feels like overkill to be using my new RAT 7 mouse with this game... even with the little windowed free version that lets you just build stuff on hosted multi player servers. I almost feel obligated to use my web mouse while playing it... but the game's well... a game... and I have a... gaming...mouse... conundrum.

Dang, that looks pretty sweet! It's got 8-bit graphics architecture and everything! The water is so realistic :)

Hah, I know it's the other stuff that makes it fun for you all. I used to play a horrible game that had the best MMORPG community around, so I stuck to that aspect. Maybe I'll give this a try. Think my NVidia GTX 480 can handle it?
 
I know the graphics are poor, but it does demand quite a bit more from your pc than I expected.
 
so what is this game anyways? I dont have access to youtube right now but Ive been hearing tons about the game.
 
its a randomly generated world that you can acquire materials and build tools and structures and just about anything else you can think of lol
 
bought it, wont be able to even try it for a while but at least I have it for when I do wanna try it. looked fun (forgot I could youtube on my phone)
 
so tried to run it on my laptop, too much hassle with the controls and it lagged surprisingly for the graphics. quick question, how do I know what I can and cant combine?
