hey, iv' downloaded launcher pro, beautiful widgets, pretty much everything listed on her. I can't make my screens look like the one on here. can anyone provide a walk trough? thanks.

Have you set LauncherPro as your default? If so, hit your menu button, and go to Preferances. That's where you set up how you want LauncherPro to work for you.

After you do that, do a long click on your screen. Click Widgets. Go to Beautful Home Weather or Beautiful Smaller Home Weather (depending on the size you want). After you get that on your screen, open your application drawer. Go to Beautiful Widgetts to modify the settings.

It's all about playing with the settings. You'll teach yourself. Hopefully I gave you enough to get you started!
 
Well I'm a droid newbie. Been figuring out tips and tricks since I got my vibrant last month. After reading through all this thread I decided to give it a shot. Here's how it ended up!

New to this and bam! i see how gorgeous you folks have customized your phones... great job folks... inspiring to say the least...

i love the launcherpro stuff, and hope to use it... lets see if i can do this some time soon. (still have one more day of work, then off to doing this)..

found out that the 5 button widgets the 'power settings button'...:D

i DO want to know the fourth button is, the one that looks like a washing machine is?

It's a sync button for your email and calender stuff. You can turn it on and off it you don't want your phone to be checking for that stuff all the time.

im learning a lot here, but more or less, my idiot questions will pop out from time to time... i like that lock button above too... too bad im too darn broke to get it... :D
 
I am with mystycs on this, it's on at least 4 different home themes shown here...how do you get the "Twenty minutes to five" clock??? I LOVE it!

Not rooted and too lazy to go through the android apk method so it took a pic instead!
