Root Droid 2 SBF 2.3.20

I felt like this was a good find. Some of you holding out on the OTA may feel more comfortable now.

i see that the update files are rooted. Lol brings me back to the D1 days of the update.zips being rooted already. haaaa good timez, gooood timez

I guess I can just DL superuser and see. Now that overclocking is here, it's a bigger deal to lose root, lol.

Yea they said the odexed and deodexed update.zips are already rooted.

Here's what CellZealot said: "The update.zip versions are rooted. The SBFs are not rooted and will unroot your phone"

dont flash the sbf if you dont want to lose root. and plus i think they only have the system sbf so far. they havent uploaded the full sbf.

Thanks for confirmation. Did you flash the 2.3.2 SBF or did you actually receive the OTA update on your phone? I just checked mine and it says up to date with 2.2.

Awesome. I tried SBFing back to 2.2 but ended up putting my phone in a boot loop. I think I must have not updated drivers or something. Ill try again and if it works ill flash 2.3.2 I just need to make sure I know how to succesfully flash it was my first attempt.

If you went to 2.3.20 you cant flash back to 2.2.20.
