I haven't noticed any unwanted icon color changes.

ive got the circular battery icon up on the bar....but my battery is full.
testing to drain and charge it to see if it works.
 
o.k. here is what i came up with.
i was unable (for now to replace the recharge bat. so it kicks back to the old kang.blue icon when charging; which i kinda like).
but i was able to switch the .png files to make the round battery icon. i actually had to leave some behind as the increments on kangeradex readings occur at like 10,20,40,60,80,100 and the theme i borrowed it from go 10,15,20,25....you get the idea.

i really really havent used this and am literally throwing it up we'll see what happens.

but i notice an option for blue.
im gonna experiment a bit more.

im concerned it isnt gonna read right as the battery wears down with the other .pngs removed.
(on the other hand it may read fine).
in the link i posted to download above i only replaced what was already there....(the numbers issue).

i may try another here with blue and adding those addtional pngs just to see if they display.

originally i had added the charge up one to (hoping to get the recharge circle) but it wouldnt show, so i even tried moving some .xml's but to no luck.

ill see what i can come up with.:)

i figured there may be something....
i got blue and it looks good
also got the charge icons to show in a circle but they arent coming out right yet.

are they normally animated while charging? if so there must be another .xml file or something for that.

ill mess with it some more later....

reloaded the green one i posted with the regular recharge, curious to see how it does as the battery drops tomorrow.
 
putting up one last one until i can figure out how to get the circling charge icon.
kangeradex in blue with the circular battery icon and regular charge icon.
i havent run it long. (only one i have is the kangx, first one. ran it a week or more).

think it may be my new favorite until i can get that circle charge animated.

keep an eye on battery, though it should read close (within 10% at most).

dont forget to mount during install
restart once after load if issues. :)
 
alright, think i got something going here.
i had to transfer the .xml which had 20 .pngs but couldnt bring over all 20, i could only use 6 like were originally in the base theme (remembering im trying to keep this based on a theme previously recommended for fission 2.).
so i divided up the 20 and brought 6 over.
now it shows the animation as it charges.

i hadnt seen one before and it kinda screwed me up as it was going and showing more animations then later showed less. then it hit me it doesnt go back as far (the circle) as the battery fills up.

im not sure on this but it seems good.
if anyone uses it let me know how it goes.
im gonna run it as well.

If I can get my phone back from wife (playing a game again), I'll back it up and give this a try (deodexed, no theme).
 
been running it so far today.
lost swype (read that may be an issue on one of the themes ported over, but then ive been messing with a lot of stuff lately).

anyway, just in case;
Installer - Android app on AppBrain
Swype.apk

uninstall old swype, copy sd card, run installer and install new swype.

lol :) no sweat, ill be running it too.
i thought about a clean install but now im thinking about what else i can swap, like the cleaner clock to the big pull down bar....etc....:D

glad you got me to do this....i like it....:)
