Good xbox360 modding website?

I'm looking for one to learn stuff. I just got an xbox used so there's no warranty so I want to know how I can pimp this bitch out, mainly replacing its 20gb ext hard drive with a spare 320 laptop that I have for one.

you tube works. you have to be careful your not watching outdated videos tho. Youtube has a how-to on everything I thought that was a given! I fixed my garage door once from a step by step from youtube.
