Best place cheapest to upgrade?

Well my father is due for an upgrade and he has decided to go with the captivate. Where is the best and cheapest place to upgrade a line on the family plan he is on?

AT&T has been providing Captivate refurbs for free - that's what I did.

My phone was pristine cosmetically (and the GPS works).

My number was the primary number on my family plan.

I got mine at Walmart for $98.00. ATT wanted $199.00 for an upgrade and Radio Shack wanted $149.00.

Got mine for 99 after I talked to AT&T customer service on the phone, I also managed to get them to block my 3G network since my city is pretty much covered by free wireless.

Nice! I bought mine and my wife's for $99 each a couple months ago on Amazon Wireless because we wanted to keep our current Family Plan. I have never seen it cheaper than that for a Family Plan upgrade until now. $0.01 is a steal for a Family Plan upgrade for the Captivate!
