My idea clearly predates your derivative image by 1:10 so I'll be having my attorney draft a cease and desist letter. We'll be seeking damages as well.

I have the time-stamped preliminary drawings that clearly show I was working on the design before you posted your suggestion! But I am willing to negotiate an out of court settlement to save the Attorney fees! :D

Fine. By my estimates, given the exposure and value if the intellectual property, I will accept either an 8 oz. box of Velveeta or one third can of warm Fosters.

Send me an address and I will forward the Velveeta* however I will need a blanket release signed for current and future use.

*if you live in moderate or warm climates, I can not be held responsible for the condition of the payment upon receipt as UPS and FedEx do not refrigerate their shipments.

That will be two commercial size bricks of Velveeta, correct?
