Root Gingerbread for Incredible

There's a ROM for it out already, I threw it on a few days ago but it had a few too many bugs. Didn't look at if very long but it didn't seem that much diffrent then FroYo

Incredible Gingerbread[Android 2.3]{OMGB v3 12-18 @ 6:24 AM CST}[HUGE UPDATE] - xda-developers

I'm running this right now, and it is very stable. The dev is working on fixing the camera and GPS should be fixed tonight. He works like a machine.

So far so good, no reboots and very stable.

@R2DoesInc and @gmichaelow are their twitter handles. Follow them for updates on it. And yes, they do work like machines, its crazy. They had a ton working with the SDK alone (very slow and laggy with no audio). I cant wait for the last few things to get worked out

Im also running that build. The video is of an older build. the latest one is great. im using it now.

I downloaded build 5 from r2doesinc in Rom manager and its pretty slow. Browser fc everytime you try to open it too and no nexus wp. Other than that I have to agree its very stable. The dev is doing a great job and I look forward to donating once the Rom is 100%.

The latest OMGB-4 runs very well. The only thing that's totally borked is GPS. SD mount to PC has to be run using gscript, but the scripts are included. For a 24 hour release this is amazing and is the fastest ROM I've seen on my Inc. It's really good stuff. If your an aosp fan get ready to be enamored with Androids latest

That version is the SDK dump. None of the new stuff is on ROM Manager. You need OMGB v4 not the GRH that was not built from source.

Ill be rooting later this week and would like to use this, but I use both my camera and GPS frequently. Anyone happen to have a timeframe as to when they will be usable? And also, does this run as smooth as stock sense or stock 2.2?

Cam works up to 8 MP. GPS still borked. Shouldn't be too long though. Yes it runs as smooth except it is faster.
