Help Just installed 2.3 but NOTHI NG works...

Am I doing something wrong? I installed it, yet.i cant change the notification bar color, I cNt do anything. Only thon that looks different was the recent cal when you go to dial....anyone, please help.

That sounds right. The update doesn't give your phone any new abilities, it just makes it run a little more smoothly, updates the dialer and adds that Madden game demo.

As far as I know, you need to root and install a ROM in order to change the status bar color (but I'm still new to all of this).

Besides changing the status bar color, what "anything" can't you do?

This was Motorola firmware 2.3, but still Android 2.2.1, it was just an update to fix a couple little bugs from the Android 2.2 update.
