WOW...how do you guys get your screens to look THAT good? It's so simple yet very delicate and professional looking! Question: are most of your guys' phones rooted? I rooted my older Droid (HTC HERO) before, but am afraid of rooting this one due to the lack of insurance on the phone and the price of it! Are most of you guys on stock or root? And if stock, what kind of launchers are those? I have used LPP but I just can't seem to get over the lag. So I'm back on MotoBlur and I hate it.

If anyone has sometime and don't mind sharing some tips with me, please PM me or reply back to this and I'll PM you. Thanks :)

When you run LPP make sure you remove everything on all the screens in Blur. That should help you with your lag problem

Well in my case , I am Rooted, running Apex 1.3.1, thats how u get the black/gingerbread looking notification bar,the launcher is ADWLauncher EX with the Gingerbread Theme, I have tried every Launcher available, so far, and this one runs as smooth as butter, an as far as the UI set up, well I get Ideas from here and there. U dont have to be rooted to use ADW of course.

I didn't, everything was LPP or from the Marketplace :(

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I was looking at ADWLauncher EX and what does it have that LPP doesn't? I'm hoping its lagless because the new update for LPP made it lag even more.

Well one of the main differences is that with ADW there's tons of themes that u can apply to it , all available on the MArket, they both have different customizations options, since u already tried LPP, I Will recomend to TRY ADW then u can decide for yourself , U can find more info about ADW here http://androidforums.com/motorola-droid-x/243899-adw-launcher-ex-out.html

This is what I'm currently using. Not sure if I've found the right wallpaper yet but I think it's a nice set up.
Sorry I couldn't get a real screen shot, I had trouble getting the SDK to recognize my phone.
