Help Landscape/Tilt

I know in most apps, like the browser, the screen will automaticall sense the phone being tilted and arrange things horizontally.

On my Droid 2, if I slid the keyboard open, the main desktop even changed it's orientation. On the HTC Incredible, tilting the unit makes the desktop change orientation.

I've noticed the Fascinate does not change the desktop or apps menu when tilted. Is there a setting I need to change?

Also, is there a way to simply alphabetize my apps menu in GRID format(not list)?

In menu > settings > sound and display you'll find an "orientation" checkbox.

It's checked, should the home screen rotate? Because it's not.

yup, most of us prefer either adw or lpp or zeam to touchwiz

Should I get rid of all the widgets on touchwiz? It seems like LP is a little slow, I'm thinking stuff is running in the background.

yes, ditch all the widgets on the launcher your not using...go to advanced in lp settings and you can change some settings to speed it up and customize the app drawer....

really unrooted, many people seem to prefer either adw or zeam as its quicker and less quirky than lp....

and really dont keep more than 2 launchers (ie dont have adw, lp, zeam, and tw at the same time) as it will further bog down your system
