Help Broken Speaker on Hero

So My hero's speaker is broken and I want to replace it but there is a problem. I got a little water on my phone and the sticker turned red. The phone was off and the battery was out when water got on it so I know there was no water damage, but my warrenty is void. I found a replacement speaker online and I was wondering how easy it would be to take the phone apart and replace it. I heard that the hero is easy to take apart but I just wanna make sure. It's really not too hard, just need the right tools... just like the video.

How about anywhere where I can get a replacement speaker? I've searched the internet and I can't find speakers for the cdma hero; unless they are the same.
