I don't really summer what you're trying to say.![]()
I could totally see the Atrix replacing a laptop for a lot of functions, especially if you throw Citrix Xen Desktop into the mix, I mean then for all intents and purposes you have a desktop machines power at your fingertips. I know the netowrk lag might be an issue, your obviously not going to PC game or watch 1080HD content through Xen, but you could totally use all your other apps like Office.
Its possible but until I see it with a complete review I wouldn't bet on it
They showed this on some of the CES videos and seemed to work well.
Showing a demo and being used everyday are two very different things
C'mon man, you can say that about any product. Don't think they would have demoed it time after time at CES if it did't and will not work.
Thats exactly right. How many phones have we seen that looked awesome and turned out to be nightmares. Im just saying everyone is getting caught up.in the hype. Shite i was at first but started to realize that its a first in alot of things and the first iphone was a pain with all its issues. Thats another reason im leaving toward the inspire. Tried and true. By the time november rolls around all the bugs from these dual cores will be worked out and i can then upgrade with peace if mind
I stil think Citrix will run fine. I mean we were looking at real world demo not a video running a demo like on the Xoom. The Inspire was so tried and true that they didn't even boot it up at CES. Your going to have kinks with any phone released but I don't think it will be anything major.
They didnt boot it because it had the desire HD software no At&t crapware and bootscreens so they didnt wanna show that
They didn't boot it because it had no software, the software isn't final
Listen it had no ATT software it had.software on it. Thats why the software wasn't final
It had no softeware, I had a friend who was at CES and was told it had no software on it because it wasn't final
Yes well I had an uncle who worked CES as an administrator and he was told that even though that was the line given At&t didmt want the phones turned on because there was no ATT branding and boot so as to not give the wrong impression ala iphone they told.HTC.to keep it off
Yea well either way it didnt boot and I doubt we will see any reviews before it's released. Which doesn't sit well with me
What do u mean desire HD basically a million reviews and that phone has less ram and less memory
I want to see a review or demo of the phone I'm buying not that of which it resembles
I'll be pretty honest...I'm not a giant Moto Fan! But I think the specs of the Atrix may be enough to sway a lot of people over to give it a try. Hopefully there wont be any Dust under the screen like my Droid X had!

HTC had HUGE issues with dust under the screen with the Nexus One (I've been through two for it and the third one still has it but barely noticeably) and either the Evo or Droid Incredible (I forget which). After playing with friends' Moto's and my own HTC's, i rank them about evenly in terms of build quality...
