This is pretty funny, I havent heard of this and I work there haha

You guys didnt see the backdoor fix thread? you just use plyers and gently push down on the 4 little latches on the backdoor...its so little of a push u cant really see them even move but it makes a locking type feel when u do that. mines perfect now.

My friend lost his yesterday. He called in, the rep told him $4.99. Then when the rep placed the order, he said "Oh wait, actually it's free. And free shipping.". He only ordered 1 though, so he is going to use the net to order the rest.
 
I just ordered three my self! I got a free one from MOTO but it still acts like the one that came with the phone so what is the point of sending me one if it is not an updated door?
