FREE Droid Battery Doors - From Verizon

I had lost my battery door on xmas eve, and had black electrical tape holding in the battery until Tuesday, they replaced it for free, and said next time its $4.99. I just ordered 3 for free!

Seriously hehe, this is quite odd... I did, however, succumb to peer pressure, and "purchased" 3 myself. I use use the Body Glove case, so I don't even see my cover, hehe, but oh well.

Thanks for the tip. The back cover on mine is fine for now but I suspect there have been a lot or problems or Verizon would not be offering them for free so readily. Better to have a spare one handy than to lose my battery later on. I am a very absent minded person as it is. Likely not to notice the back is loose until it is too late and it has gone missing.
