Root Tethering help please in rooted X

Both my droid x and galaxy tab are succesfully rooted. Im using barnacle but no luck getting them to tether. Can anyone help?

are you trying to tether the galaxy tab from the droid X? try using wireless tether for root users. it uses infrastructure mode which other android devices can use (unlike an ad-hock mode that android devices wont connect with)

Are you talking about tethering a wireless (only) Galaxy Tab to another android to be able to use the 3g access? If so, I am in need of info as to how to tether a wireless Galaxy tab to my evo so that I have 3g access. Would appreciate any help. I am a novice and not familiar with rooting lingo. Thxx...gbj

You can use wireless tether to get a internet access to your Tab but not the 3G signal.
