Official "Notification That Your Atrix Has Shipped" Thread

Personally I wouldn't bail on an actual order, especially if you got it at a good price. What's a couple of days?

I was going to say the same thing. I ordered a phone a while back and they said it was going to be shipped 2day and it actually came the next day so hopefully if they ship on the 21st they'll reward those that pre-ordered by getting it here on or before the 22nd.
 
Every single time I check my phone's order status my heart drops for a second because I have an old order on there from a phone I ordered in '08 and it says "Shipped" and it's the first phone listed. I have to look at the details of the phone to see that it's not my Atrix.

According to Facebook, they will ship preorders on the 21st...so that means we won't see them till the 23rd.

Check the comments, that is where AT&T said the 21st. If that is the case, it might be better to cancel my preorder and buy it in store.

On the BGR's website, it says:
Customers who pre-ordered their phones and opted to have them shipped to a local AT&T store will be able to pick them up on February 21st, one day ahead of general availability
I would think it'd be better to have change the delivery method to be picked up at the store for those that pre-order :) You get it a day early than everyone else ;)

I called 3 different CS reps and they all told me I could not change where I was shipping or cancel my order. They said it would ship on the 22nd. Bummer....what's the point in pre-ordering.
 
uhh how do you select "ship to store" during the preorder process? Im at the last page and threres no option to, anywhere

to guarantee you a phone and not require you to get off your couch and go to a store?

My customer service rep told me that he could see the status of my order and that it was complete and would ship out tomorrow morning (if not late tonight) and that based on myhome address - I could have it on Saturday. He told me that the goal was to have all pre-orders to customers by the 21st. That matches what AT&T just posted on their Face Book account as well.

So - by tomorrow morning I should get a shipping notification and a tracking number. My journey to Android is almost complete.
 
If the order status system works like it has in the past then our phones will ship before the order status update page updates. Ive usually called customer service and received a tracking number before I received an email saying my order shipped

Well I did not pre-order so I will not be getting an email to say it shipped. I'm getting mine from my brother's store and he said they are getting (1) Atrix in on the 22nd and he will be overnighting it to me (his manager approved it). So basically my brother is my "official notification". :)

Because of where he is located and the amount of customers they get, his store is labeled as a "B" store and because of this it has been decided recently that they only get (1) of each phone unless a pre-order takes place and more are purchased. In this case there were no pre-orders... We are the only two that have showed interest in getting the phone from his store. I get first dibs because i'm a customer vs him being an employee. :D
 
So does anyone know if your not a premier customer, when does ours shipout? :confused: Everyone that says their's will be shipping soon seem to be all premier customers.
