I still think that $299 is before savings, both Circuit City and Best Buy did that, other retailers didn't put it in there ads like that until more recently

but the last ad said "$249.99 after savings" now the ad says $299, which i assume has "$299 before savings"

there are laws on advertising like this if there are two different prices, they have to go with the lowest one. atleast laws are good for something lol

Until you read the fine print and see that they reserve the right to change the price. I think Best Buy or Circuit City had a TV for sale a few years ago that was an obvious typo and they refused to honor the price.

The problem I see with the offering the lower price is that their adds run weekly, so the price offer technically expires Saturday. Then the new "offer" kicks in at $299. I really hope that it is still $249, but I will still buy it at $299 if that is what it takes. I just want this damn phone!!

if HTC has R&D people on this forum i would imagine BestBuy would have there social police here too, remember the one that removed all the best buy tweets about the release dates? including the one from today that was also removed?

in any case, she was avoiding your question right away when you asked if they were in stores ready to be sold.

Keep trying, maybe you'll get another agent that will get us 4 confirmations :P

That or you guys are just giving it away easily that its a setup to find out info.

try wording differently to find out info, obviously if you both sound alike in your posts, she will think its the same person asking again

you 3 ALL talked to the same lady, that doesn't confirm anything... if you 3 talked to 3 different people at different times and they all said that, it'd make it way more believeable

if "all" bb's had them instock now, i think jay or another tb happy bb employee would've said something by now most likely..

just playing devils advocate.

I'm thinking that Kimberly is a universal name, no matter who it is they use the same name. I remember contacting them a few months ago about my surround sound, and I'm 99.9% positive that's who I spoke to.
