Okay so today i updated my aria to cyn- 6.1, and i usually have all of my contacts on my sim card, but when i click, IMPORT, it says no contacts on your sim, anyone know whats wrong?

Yes, CM 6.1 cannot read the contacts off the SIM card. You should flash back to an HTC Sense ROM and either sync your contacts to your GMAIL account or export them to your SD card.
