Order Shipment status from Motorola Store...

superfly, it seems that the standard shipping provider is UPS. Try tracking by reference on that site.

i just tried it on the UPS website and it did not show up there either

So I will just keep looking out and keep everyone posted on what happens
 
Several people on XDA are reporting getting emails. I finally got the shipping page to come up on UPS.com, but no email yet. I'm sure it will be in my inbox shortly.

I was so excited about the coupon discount, I forgot to choose 2 day shipping and the gel skin. I thought 2 day shipping was automatic. I still don't have a UPS number yet. Hopefully I get mine by Friday.
 
Weird, I use the Google browser or IE, order doesn't even show up. Firefox, it does.

Edit: Or Opera. Just weird.
 
Just spoke with Moto customer service. Have not received notice of shipment on my order. Let me say Moto has the absolute most horrific customer service I have ever seen. Why do they even have someone answer the phone they know nothing?

I shutter to think about ever having to send in for repairs. 4g upgrade will be a nightmare.

Had an ipad sold it. Like the Xoom but Moto makes me want to run back and be a slave to Steve Jobs again.
 
I called again to, about an hour ago, after a long hold and one disconnect. I was told that my Xoom is in the shipping status, whatever the heck that means. He thinks it's shipping today, arrival tomorrow.

Of course I sincerely doubt it but we'll see.
 
XOOM DELIVERED! Just got word from my apartment's leasing office where I asked the FedEx delivery person to drop it off. I'll be picking it up after work on my way home! :D

I think you missed the question. I was asking what does the quote mean if you don't already have a tracking number. The poster said they were going to the UPS site to see if it would come up but if you don't have a tracking number what does that do for you?

Maybe but I'm assuming no tracking numbers means it hasn't been shipped.

I bought my Motorola Xoom as part of that discount on the Motorola store website but I wanted to start a topic for those of us that did to figure out when everyone starts receiving theirs.

I am excited about getting my Xoom as I am sure that everyone else is too. So I was thinking that everyone might be able to help each other out by letting people know when they receive theirs in the mail.

Mine says on the website that it shipped February 25th but I have not received any information yet on a tracking number.

I will keep everyone posted.

Have ordered mine as well. Waiting );
 
I just got this email from Motorola:

The order has not shipped. The systems are running into delays due to the response
of ordering from our customers. I apologize for the delay. The ship confirmation will be emailed to you when the order ships.
I do not have an eta at this time.

damn, the people on this site that have received your xooms I envy you. I purchased mine on the 24th with overnight shipping and I still haven't received any word on the status of my order. The pending charge on my checking account has dropped and it appears as if my order has been canceled.:(
