I can't find the settings having to do with locking/unlocking your phone. Every time my screen times out I have to unlock it and it's really annoying. How do I turn this off?

There is no way to turn it off. Sorry
If under the security settings you set it to require a pattern, you can uncheck it and all you'll have to do is swipe from left to right.
If you already have it set like that then here is another option. Go to Menu> Settings> Sound and Display> Screen Timeout> 10 Minutes. But this will drain your battery a lot faster.
If there is an app or something I don't know about it.
