Help escalation dept number

VM customer support is a joke. I guess thats what 25 a month gets me. Im on a quest for that number! I will just keep calling.
 
I've been a VM customer for a long time and their CS is a complete and total joke. You need to goto talk to a real person. Then tell them that you need to move up the food chain. There are no secret numbers that I know of. You just need to ask for Tech Support. What's your issue?

In the past I've had to go the supervisor route a number of times. A couple of times I go to a person high enough that I actually got my issue solved. Mind you it didn't happen in a day more like a week or 2.

ive had my optimus v for about 10 days now with no problem. Reading the message boards I knew that a lot of people were experiencing the 3g data problem and i thought i was an exception. dead ass wrong, just tonight i cant even get on the 3g even though it has the 3g indicator in the status bar and it even flashes a bit up and down just to tease me!
 
I think it may just be down period. I've been going fine for a month, but data is not working tonight.... even after switching from 3G to 1X

Yeah like i said it is only data on my end,but today has been the worst since i switched to this phone 10 day ago.
 
i had data text and everything working with original VM number yesterday, i ported my number from t mobile, and all day today my data and calls worked, but NO TEXTING!, now DATA AND TEXTING DONT WORK
 
Hey who knows, maybe they are performing a fix on the data network and after this brief outage it will be smooth sailing
 
dam kofman, if i was in your shoes i would be raising hell to those VM service reps. I hate it when my stuff doesnt work the way it should. bugs the hell outta me

Let's hope so because I'm about ready to bail on Virgin mobile, yes they got the best prices around but if what you are paying for doesn't work then why bother. May as well go back to Tracphone or Net10, which I have never had a problem with, but the most you can do with them is make calls and text but right now thats all I can do with my android smartphone that I paid good money for.
 
Data and text is down look on Virgin Mobile's facebook everybody is complaining also Sprint is down too just going to have to wait.
