Root Rooted but can't seem to figure out how to install roms

OK so I rooted my phone.

Installed rom manager and flashed cwm

downloaded super clean(w/ voodoo lag fix) in rom manager

when it reboots to flash it gives me
failed to verify whole-file signature
signature verification failed
installation aborted

Getting kind of frustrated because there are millions of threads all telling me to do 10000 different things that are similar but different and my googling powers have not gotten me any closer to installing the ROM

You can't flash cwr (entirely) from rom manager, it needs to be done in odin. Most people here will agree that you should just forget about using rom manager at all...it really doesn't offer any benefit over doing everything directly from cwr.
