Reading it, it only means that HTC has to agree to the changes... I'm thinking that the ACTUAL changes take 2 to 4 weeks. Either way, I think Verizon wants this phone out before CTIA, especially since it's up for an award. At the very least, it's another step in the release cycle. Combined with the mass BB email, the demo app and stories of stores being told to activate, it amounts to a lot of what the counter terrorists call "chatter"

EDIT: And WHILE I was typing this, the story of the tweet from an HTC employee breaks. Sure, the tweet was removed, but why? Maybe because he realized he posted too soon and was stealing someone's "Thunder"? (Hahaha... that was Punny)

They updated the article that the tweet is gone. This also sinks it as BS for me as far as the "conditional approval" article: The term "one of our trusted sources"

If ain't from VZW and published, it ain't nuttin'. :)

BTW, I called a few VZW stores and that memo floating around is pure and utter BS. They know nuttin' and have checked their product update emails from corporate.

One of their memos DID have that iPad2 was launching today ;)
 
surprisingly Verizon didn't really market the iPad2 as heavily as I figured they would. Sure hope we hear a TB announcement by Tuesday

Nothing really new to report. Hence the reason that its quiet.... Ipad launch isnt really that much of a factor when it comes to the thunderbolts... interesting launch particulars.

But like they said.. Quiet before the Storm.. now if its a good storm or a Sh*t storm.. thats remains to be seen..
