Hey guys, first of all i'll say this isn't a hate thread on the captivate or anything, I've loved it ever since I bought it in July.
Just recently after downloading froyo though it has start randomly losing signal down to the circle with a cross in it and the only way I can get service again is if I turn my phone on and off. It has even happened during the middle of a call.
Anyone else having this problem and know a fix? I really don't want a new captivate or anything, just hoping someone knows a quick fix for it, thanks.
-also sometimes when I turn it off and on it will come back on with no signal still and show another sign next to it showing the sim card isn't in or something.
