My VZW store said it would be in on Thursday. He didn't know the pricing but he guesstimated around $300 for a new contract.
 
Just called VZW Telesales 800-256-4646 and talked to Jason who confirmed Thursday's release as well. He gave me his extension so that I could call and order direct from him. He had no pricing information but did say that this was the first official thing he has heard about the phone and that he had just found out earlier today.

Just got in from mounting my new car dock, so all I need now is the goods.

On a bad note, whike buying the car dock I asked the associate if they could confirm my new every 1 (primary line) for July since I'm taking wife's NE2 for the TBolt. They said they got rid of that program, so I'm going to have to break that to the wife. I'm thinking of going the "it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission" approach.

Did he say whether or not you could order by phone or the net before Thursday?
 
Wow it looks like Thursday might actually be the day. I'm kinda hoping if I can't order it for thursday delivery that I can buy it with an instant rebate at a store

Thanks , I was able to do a phone order before they hit the stores on my last two phones, maybe you can't this time.

Sadly if we could have got it out sooner we would have. Date was set based on what we expected and least we made deadline..

wouldn't you think 2-3 days before launch they'd have changed that by now? they don't want to confuse their already not-so-smart employee's right? you can call 5 stores and get 3-5 different answers so i'd think they'd make it as easy as they could on themselves...

Correct, which is the point I'm trying to make. The fears of "OMG TIERED DATA" are not playing out at this point.
 
I can't believe that there is a decent chance this phone is going to release Thursday and I am going to be out of town. Figures...
