Root I'm rooted. Now what????

I just rooted my phone after reading tutorial and watching video but other than CPU boost what else can I do to customize it?

You'll want to download and pay for Titanium Backup, backup your apps and then freeze the ones you don't need. You'll find more advice about this under the All Things Root sub-forum.

Also, I would recommend Cache Cleaner NG and CacheMate for Root Use.
 
Check out the official security thread and get the three apps recommended by EarlyMon.
 
I wouldn't mind flashing to Icarus if it didn't seem quite so risky. I have no desire to go through all of that, have it not work and then have to reset my phone to factory default and start over.

the problems i have encountered with icarus are mostly 1d0t errors.

installing cwm and making a backup of your rom is simple and guarantees you can put your phone back just how you had it. assuming you don't have a 1d0t fail and forget to put the backup on your computer.
