Yes, that should help your battery out. I always keep my 3g off. It doesn't prevent you from making or receiving calls and you can still send SMS messages. I only turn 3g on if I need to browse the net, check e-mail, or send MMS messages.

ok frenchy here's the update. left the phone in the locker for 6 hours with the mobile network off and that solved it. when i went to check i had a few texts and a missed call and had 99% battery. thanks again for the help

anyone else have issues w/ ADWLauncher EX not running so great on Netarchy kernels (force closes, app drawer doesn't always load up, etc..)?

i've tried havs, less havs, no havs.. 4.3.2, 4.3.1 and it's pretty much the same deal on all..

this is on rooted stock HTC Sense.. the stock kernel worked fine w/ ADWLauncher EX..

didn't experience this on CM6 or CM7 w/ a few different custom kernels..
